HILTON METAL FORGING LTD has numerous fully automated bi-metallic Band Saws enabling it to meet forging capacity with minimum-cutting losses.
Forge Shop
HILTON METAL FORGING LTD manufactures forged components that can be customised as per the customer's specifications.
It has thus installed 2 ton, 3 ton Bell Drop, 16 ton Russain Pneumatic Hammer and 2,000 ton Forging Press with an installed capacity of 24,000 tons per annum

Machine Shop
To maintain world class machining standards for various forged components, HILTON METAL FORGING LTD has installed numerous CNC , VTL'S , VMC'S machines which are capable of machining components ranging in measurement from 1,000mm (in diameter) to 1,750mm (in length)
Heat Treatment
HILTON METAL FORGING LTD offers its customers the inherent advantage of in-house Gas based Heat Treatment facility due to which it is able to exercise complete control over the quality of forged components. HILTON METAL FORGING LTD undertakes various Heat Treatment processes as per their customer;s requirements.
Die Shop
HILTON METAL FORGING LTD has a fully equipped Die-Shop
which comprises a 4-axis Vertical Machining Center along with other supporting machines. High quality dies and tools are used to make precision dies according to customers' requirement.

Quality Control and Inspection
HILTON METAL FORGING LTD has complete in-house quality control and Laboratory facilities. It has all the required equipment to check forged products, on various parameters including physical, chemical and impact tests which ensure delivery of quality products.
